Our Beekeeping Story

Mark originally comes from farming roots in New Zealand, where beekeeping was part of family life. Rhonda was raised in the Everglades with a lifelong love for Florida’s wild habitat. Together, we care for our bees and our land as proud custodians of both.

Our honey is raw, local, and produced under Florida’s Cottage Food Law from the native habitat that flourishes across our stunning property.

You can purchase this natural bounty right here on the farm—just follow the signs when you visit.

  • Our honey is harvested seasonally, kept raw and unfiltered, and bottled by hand. This preserves its natural enzymes, antioxidants, and flavors unique to each bloom cycle.

  • Depending on the season, our honey can range from light and floral to deep and rich. Every batch is unique, reflecting the wildflowers blooming at that time.

  • Raw honey is pure and unprocessed, keeping its natural nutrients, enzymes, and antibacterial properties intact.

Each spoonful delivers authentic flavor and health benefits just as nature intended—straight from our hivevto your table.

  • Our bees don’t just produce honey—they pollinate native plants, fruits, and flowers across Lionheart Estates and our surrounding natural Florida habitat. This helps biodiversity thrive and strengthens local ecosystems.
